      目的:建立猫人参的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对猫人参粉末中的特征进行鉴定;采用TLC法对猫人参进行定性鉴别;采用ICP-MS法对猫人参中的重金属元素进行测定。结果:显微中可观察出猫人参的粉末特征;在TLC图谱中可检出猫人参的特征斑点;对于各测定元素,标准曲线的相关系数r>0.998,回收率在99.6%~111.9%,RSD值在2.3%~8.9%。结论:所采用的方法简便,快速,准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于猫人参的质量控制。

      ObjectiveTo determine the quality standard of maorenshen. Methods Identification of the characteristics of maorenshen powder by microscopic identification.Maorenshen was identified by TLC. Detemination of heavy Metal Elements in Maorenshen by ICP-MS. Results: The powder characteristics of Maorenshen can be observed in the microscope.Maorenshen was identified by TLC.For the determination of each element, the correlation coefficients were better than 0.998.The recovery values ranged from 99.6% to 111.9%, and the RSD values ranged from 2.3% to 8.9%.Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and exclusive with a reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Maorenshen.
