      目的:研究2型糖尿病下肢血管病变与CysC及LP-PLA2的相关性。方法:选取我院2016年8月至2019年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者60例,按照随机法将其根据踝肱指数(ABI)分为2型糖尿病不伴下肢血管病变组(不伴病变组)30例、2型糖尿病伴下肢血管病变组(伴病变组)30例,同期选择健康体检者30例为对照组。比较3组的血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)、血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平,并采用Pearson直线相关分析其相关性。结果:伴病变组的血清CysC、LP-PLA2、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显高于不伴病变组和对照组(P<0.05),不伴病变组高于对照组(P<0.05);伴病变组的血清HDL-C水平均明显低于不伴病变组和对照组(P<0.05),不伴病变组低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson直线相关分析显示,血清CysC、LP-PLA2均与2型糖尿病下肢血管病变有密切相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清CysC及LP-PLA2在2型糖尿病下肢血管病变中表达显著,呈明显相关性,对临床诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

      Objective: To study the correlation between CysC and LP-PLA2 and lower limb vascular lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Research object selection from August 2016 to March 2019 were 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, according to the random method according to its ankle brachial index (ABI) into the not associated with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesion group (without disease group) 30 cases, with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesion group (with the lesion group), 30 cases in the same period choose healthy check-up 30 cases as control group. Serum CysC, LP-PLA2, serum lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the three groups were compared, and the correlation was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation analysis. Results: Serum CysC, LP-PLA2, TC, TG, ldl-c and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the group with pathological changes were significantly higher than those in the group without pathological changes and the control group (P<0.05). The serum hdl-c level of the group with lesions was significantly lower than that of the group without lesions and the control group (P<0.05), while that of the group without lesions was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that serum CysC and LP-PLA2 were closely correlated with lower limb vascular lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum CysC and LP-PLA2 were significantly expressed in lower limb vascular lesions of type 2 diabetes mellitus, showing a significant correlation, which is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
